IN CHAPTER 1 we talk about: our personal experience at CHILDREN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS – FRT/2012. Coaches teaching a chaotic tennis, without any professional guidance or documentation. We present the S&F SYSTEM, a novelty on the Romanian Tennis market and the concept of the THREE PLAYER MODELS existing at the moment in ATP tours. We show how we can orient our own players towards one of the THREE PLAYER MODELS. We present the ȘTEFAN NIȚĂ method – Tennis for 3 years old, a new ABC, in national tennis. How to establish the INDIVIDUAL PROFILE OF A PLAYER and THE INDIVIDUAL OBJECTIVES for every age up to 18 years old. S&F. We will talk about planning for sport performance documents: PERSPECTIVE PLAN, ANNUAL PLAN, PHASE PLANS, MONTHLY PLANS and WEEKLY CYCLES. International playing fields and preparing the players for them.
